A blind man drives a car for the first time

On a day to day basis, there are few things we take for granted more than our eyesight.

It's difficult to imagine not seeing anything not even blackness: but this is precisely what blind people experience every day. Likewise, it's comparably difficult for blind people to imagine what a person with 20/20 vision would see.

Though people with blindness often have enhanced senses of taste, smell, hearing, and touch (this is actually according to real scientific data. Check it out here.), words simply can't do enough to describe some of the things we see every day.

In the case of one Tommy Edison, a jovial and wisecracking blind man with a huge YouTube following, a detailed description of something as simple as what it's like to drive a car, " isn't enough for him. Via his YouTube channel, Edison answers many questions most people who can see are afraid to ask a blind person with a trademark sense of humor, Edison answers these questions and much more on his one-of-a-kind, fascinating channel.

In the video below, watch Tommy do his best to try and drive a car. Don't be surprised if you end up perusing his channel for a few hours.
